Talent development engaged in enhancing employee skills and ability through learning opportunities. create employee engagement, performance, rapid growth by skills developing.
Recruiting, staffing, retain the top talents, it is strategy planning to hire the right people on right time to the work, and making best working performance.

employees prefer to learn at work 58% prefer to learn at their own pace and 49%
prefer to learn when needed. These studies are communicating the development of
talent will help the organization to reach their goals.

The leaders and senior manager should have a visible support by allocating the required budget, motivating employee and prepare the proper talent development programs to subordinates.

Make clear vision for the organization and communicate effectively to the employees to achieve it by giving direction and support.

By taking care of the employees with performance management, employee engagement, and rewards and comprehensive, and retain them in the organization

The mantle of responsibility for talent management and talent development predominantly falls on the shoulders of HR professionals or individuals in top management positions. Curiously, line managers seem to have limited involvement in the strategic aspects of talent management and talent development for employees.
