New technologies will make the HR process more convenient and speedier, most of the organization are adopting to this new changes, artificial intelligence will ease the access to organization and employee data. it will help to make the best decision with more information by both parties.
Flexible Work Place and Environment. Pandemic has introduced or in other words made an option of work remotely. Now there is a significant increase in remote work life style in September 2023, 28% of workdays were worked remotely, a significant increase from 7% in 2019 (WFH Research, 2023). Also, organizations are making new strategies to adopt, such as remote work, 4 days’ work week, partial remote work.

topic discussing from long time period, however the future is required better changes
in organizational culture according to employee expectation. As we can refer
many countries are recognizing the best workplace of the year by various measurement,

will only achieve our mission if we live our culture. We start by becoming
learners in all things having a growth mindset. Then we apply that mindset to
learning about our customers, being diverse and inclusive and working together
as one.
Path towards passion and Purpose, employees wish to have a significant social influence and they will achieve this sooner with best practices, people are connecting their work value, work life balance and interest, the employees who treated well, and happy at their work will inspire to contribute more towards work.
Inconclusion today’s world is rapidly changing with modern technology,
work-life balance is considered as utmost satisfaction of the work. Organizations
are continuously changing the strategies to fit for the future, HR Practices
are modified, new recruiting technics are available to attract the talents. World
companies are competing to have better working culture. According to Arbinger

in today’s market.
