Digital onboarding is making this process by using digital tools and technology.

Pre-boarding & Paperwork: a waiting time period after accepting the job till the first day at work, by providing them company welcoming materials, the process stage, company guidelines, time period and path digitally by emails, messages, social media and company websites, paper work can be done by online form filling and digital signature which help employee and employer process make effective, cost reduction and less time consumption 

Training: duties, software systems, company cultural training can be provided digitally, by e-learning, virtual learning, videos this will help the employee to get more ideas to perform well in his tenure.

Communication & Suggestion: huge companies have separate software for their communication and suggestion. Commonly emails are using for communication, grant access for email, company developed communication software, social media group.
