Recruitment and onboarding processes have been streamlined, and performance which improved the tracking and evaluation. Technology enables HR teams to automate time-consuming tasks, allowing them to dedicate more time to strategic talent management initiatives. By utilizing data and analytics, HR professionals can make more informed talent management decisions and gain valuable insights into employee performance (Jena, 2023).

HR technology, particularly applicant tracking systems (ATS), plays a crucial role in talent identification where these systems enable organizations to streamline the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews in one centralized platform which optimizes HR professional's valuable time and effort, eliminating the need for manual application review and processing (Zielinski, 2023). The use of AI-powered ATS has revolutionized recruitment, as it can automatically analyze resumes, identify relevant skills and qualifications, and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria which not only increases efficiency but also ensures an objective and unbiased selection process and ATS additionally allows organizations to search for candidates based on specific criteria, such as skills, experience, and education, enabling them to identify top talent more efficiently and effectively by narrowing down the candidate pool based on job requirements (Zielinski, 2023)


Performance management

The annual performance reviews are being replaced by continuous feedback and real-time performance management systems. Technology enables managers and employees to track progress, set goals, and provide feedback in a more timely and transparent manner where they can analyze their performance data spot the issues, and reward high performers which enables productivity (Pollock, 2023).


Learning and Development

Learning and development tools aid in developing and retaining talent while preparing them for future opportunities with online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, mobile apps and e-learning modules where tracking and evaluating learning and development initiated and promote effective reskilling and upskilling of employees. Additionally, AI-driven personalized learning paths can cater to individual employee needs, ensuring a more tailored and effective learning experience (Staffworx, 2023).


Employee Engagement and Collaboration

Technology tools such as intranets, collaboration platforms, and social networking platforms have transformed the way employees interact and collaborate. Ai tools will not replace the Humans, I disagree with this statement as AI tools can help the process of recruitment as well, a report says 88% of companies globally used some form of AI technology in HR including hiring (Mercer, n.d) meantime research conducted by Market Research Future (2023) Al recruitment market size is valued at USD 590.5 million in 2023 an it is projected o increase USD 942.3 million by 2030.
